What file extension Do I need to send ?
You can send any of these JPG, GIF or BMP. You can send us photo shot or even hand drawing.
What file types will the vector image be sent in?
Vector output as AI, EPS, PDF, CDR, pdf, jpeg and you can let us know which one you need and we can get it for you.
Do you provide other services also?
Yes we do embroidery digitizing services as well. You also get do graphic design. Any requirement you have with regards to any type of designing please contact us.
Do you have any minimum order requirement?
No, you can send any amount of image you want. We appreciate your business and try our best to provide best and flexible service.We though look for building long term relation with our clients. Your references and feedback are important to us.
Do I need to pay for any edits or corrections I might have?
All edits and corrections are free of charge if they are minor. Or if in any case we have misunderstood your instructions or errors are on our part we will do the edit free of charge. For major changes which are added on later in the design and which are time consuming some charge will be there.
What about Rush Orders or Urgent Requirement?
If you have an image and you need it vectorized in a rush then mention it while sending us the order. We will deliver the work the way you need it – on time.
Is there any extra charge for any Rush Order?
No we donot charge anything extra for any rush orders be it vector or digitizing.
What are the payment methods?
We accept payment via paypal, credit card and wire transfer.
Can we pay monthly?
If we are doing monthly and regular work for you we can do the billing at the end of each month.
Any discounts for bulk orders or resellers?
Yes we can work out a price depending upon the scale of the work.
